Have you ever wanted to get bright gold details on your ceramics? In this workshop you will apply real gold to your glazed pots and I will include your pieces in a special gold firing.
There are two options for participating in this gold fire. Session #1: attend the informational demo and supervised application of gold. Gold will be provided, just bring your own glaze fired pots. Session #2: If you are already familiar with the gold application process, you can skip the demo and just use the studio time to apply your own gold and have your pieces included in the firing. In this session you will bring your own gold and essence.
Bring 3-5 glaze finished ceramic objects to add gold details onto. Participants are strongly encouraged to bring a respirator mask to wear during gold application.

Accessibility: Building is not ADA accessible, stairs only at entry. You will also need to take stairs to the third floor.
