Returns

Returns on unused goods may be requested up to ten days of order’s arrival. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Some items including made-to-order products may not be eligible for return. Please see individual product page for details.

Due to the inherent fragile nature of ceramic, we do not issue refunds or replacements for broken pieces. Please handle with care and consideration for the material.

Mugs

Gold finish is not microwave or dishwasher safe. Ceramic mugs without a gold finish may be washed in a dishwasher, however harsh detergents can eventually tarnish ceramic surfaces. Our gold finish is a 22kt real gold overglaze that is brushed onto the glazed piece and fired on. Use a micro fiber cloth to clean smudges. Avoid abrasives or repeated rubbing which can scratch the gold.
